We can do it! On January 26, 2016, the day following a snowstorm that shut down the federal government, only women Senators and staffers showed up to work at the Senate! When he lost control of his left arm, Indonesian welder Wayan Sumardana built himself a functioning bionic limb! The Masai tribe, inhabiting parts of Tanzania and Kenya, greet one another on religious holidays by spitting on each other.

Lucky ladies to let the Senate continue in session. I must’ve missed that news memo those few months ago.

It seemed the snow storm only shut down the federal government but I bet the rest of Washington was working.

There is absolutely no way that an Indonesian welder could make a functioning bionic arm.Western doctors, biologists, engineers, and biological structural scientists have been trying for years to create a functioning bionic “limb”. Millions of dollars of grant money and research funds…….and, uh government funding and….. uh,…….uh……..oh, I get it now.But they forgot to tell an Indonesian welder that he couldn’t do it. A great job, Wayan Sumardana, all the best to you.
