Maybe they don’t have a specific time zone, but apparently they do have an official time.

Travel directly from the South Pole and, by all directions, you are heading North……….to penguin poop.

I would think that there is no specific time zone at the North pole, either.

If you put a Merry-Go-Round on the South Pole would you be creating a time machine???

The South Pole is UTC+12. The North Pole is UTC. UTC is the successor to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

I get that there wouldn’t be a specific time zone at the South Pole since really, all of those longitude lines that make our time zones all meet right there at the pole. But wouldn’t it be the same thing at the North Pole?

In the real world there were plenty of human stuffed animals riding that roller coaster anyway.

on this day in history on September 22nd 1862 President Abraham Lincoln issues a proclamation calling for all slaves within the rebel states to be freed on January 1, a political move that helps keep the British from intervening on the side of the South.

With a name like “Ronald McDonald,” his parents really didn’t give him a shot in life.

Belmont Park in Elmont, New York tried to run the Belmont stakes with hobby horses but it didn’t rock.

Things seem to move a little slower in the South.

Overshadowed, that was at the height of the Burger Wars.

Back in the days before . . . Most parks would daily test their rides with bags of sand of the same weight as average riders before opening to the public.

I guess logically, if you walked in a circle around the South Pole, you would pass through all 27 world time zones.

When a sad Ronald McDonald finished serving his time for stealing trust from naive Wendy, He decided to open the first roller coaster in the South Pole for penguins. Waddles of fluffy stuffed penguins would be blessed with excitement for days!

Shave a bear. Make a mess!

Eating their hearts out wanting to be at the park, seeing it on tv and online and hearing about it over the radio. Maybe a good thing.

For people operating a year round installation at the South Pole operating twenty four clocks is likely not a problem.

There HAS TO BE a story behind the reason why Ronald’s parents named him that. He must have had a tough life because of it. Sad…
