Elmer’s is made from cow’s milk (all mammalian milk has some of the right protein in it, cows have a lot and just happen to be dairy farmed. Horse hoof glue is made by boiling the hoof until it dissolves/liquefies and is then acidified. Still liked the comic.
I know it’s suppose to be real funny-and it is. But you all know by now that the same substannce that goes into making J-ello is the same for making glue. That glue you lick on the back of an envelope has good protein in it because it’s actually gelatin.
