Many thing are legal in the U.S. that you can’t sell in Europe or Japan, often due to preservatives & artificial coloring. Addictive doesn’t make many banned lists until it’s more fun than sugar, caffeine & nicotine. Nicotine in the coffee would probably make a good pesticide, with sugared milk for bait.
