That’s pretty much every film with a “hero”, super or not.
And yet, the majority of these movies make more than 100 times the money either Bell or Heir will ever see…. I smell sour grapes.
For an interesting take on plots, check out “The Thirty-Six Dramatic Situations” by Georges Polti. It lists the overarching plots and subplots of pretty much every story written. Of course it was written in 1895, but it’s still fairly complete.
