(to be sung to “Walkin’ in a Winter Wonderland”)
Lacy things – the wife is missin’,
Didn’t ask – her permission,
I’m wearin’ her clothes,
Her silk pantyhose,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear.
In the store – there’s a teddy,
Little straps – like spaghetti,
It holds me so tight,
Like handcuffs at night,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear.
In the office there’s a guy named Melvin,
He pretends that I am Murphy Brown.
He’ll say, “Are you ready?” I’ll say,”Whoa, Man!”
“Let’s wait until our wives are out of town!”
Later on, if you wanna,
We can dress – like Madonna,
Put on some eyeshade,
And join the parade,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear!
Lacy things… missin’,
Didn’t ask… permission,
Wearin’ her clothes,
Her silk pantyhose,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear,
Walkin’ ‘round in women’s underwear!
“He was brought across in 1308.
Preyed on humans for their blood.
Now he wants to be normal again.
To repay society for his sins.
To emerge from his world of darkness.
In his endless pen and ink.”
Congrats on the lyrics, bald. Yes Noonan, this is one of the best new cartoons ever! Look at the archives for the complete story. Also I have a shared collection of scary gary.
Some minor details: Vlad Tepes a.k.a. Dracul got his name as member of the Dragon Order (Dragon=Dracul much easy to say, also you could see the chain and pendant on his portrait), Stoker modeled his character from a Hungarian noble lady by the name of Bathori something, who married with an Austrian Lord was killing her maiden servants and took baths in their blood (archeological proven fact, just Google it). Impaling your enemies was a common practice on the time of Genghis-Khan and the Turks were terrified by his ruthless efficiency in battles, hence the impaling by Vlad Tepes of the Turkish prisoners as a “stay away” war tactic.
Also its one of my daily laughs and you could guess why! Up the Irons.

Leopold, a 14th century Romanian vampire should not be trifled with–except, of course, that Gary is retired! Sigh!

I wonder if Romanians will protest this cartoon? :-)
It is a classic, though–maybe the funniest cartoon about vampires ever drawn.
