I heard a very educational BBC radio comedy skit about the protocol of the casual bar conversation between sexes. After buying a woman a second drink, she starts talking about vacation plans with her boyfriend. He’s terrifically offended because she has violated the unwritten rule that the boyfriend has to be mentioned after the first drink. She replied that she was much hotter than anyone he could normally get to talk with and that, as a web designer, her job was much more interesting than his. He conceded the point and agreed to go buy her a third drink, so she could leave without talking to him again. :)

I’d call that a cheap date. Probably the same as her “art”

Why is it that Shoe and Cosmo seem to be the only birds with tail feathers?

Her attitude seems to be, to paraphrase Dr. Johnson, “No person but a blockhead created art, except for money.”

Consider yourself lucky Cosmo, she didn’t cost you anything but some of your time and that’s not worth much.

Reminds me of the dating game in the 70’s and 80’s.
