SOOOO much information in one strip!!!! The NYPD , at the turn of the last century, had Italian translators because of the large influx of Italian immigrants. The boys should have learned the knuckle trick to know how many days are in each month.
As we can see here, Thread drift was rampant well before the Internet was thought of.
