The noose guy you mean.

A little gallows humor this morning.

While showing him the various parts of the gallows, the instructor pointed to a particular part of the platform and in his best Admiral Akbar imitation said, “It’s a trap.”

What exactly do you mean by “it’s my last day”? In this job, that could be rather ominous.

Don’t keep us in suspense.

Otherwise, it’s ‘new noose is no noose’.

Don’t worry. He’ll get the hang of it.
