All you need to do is stand in the sun 15 minutes each day and expose your arms and legs. Just protect your face so you do not get wrinkles. If you do take Vitamin D supplements, you also need to take Natural Beta Carotene. They work together. Doctors have never figuered out that you cannot take just one vitamin supplement; you need to balance them. To me this is very suspicious of the medical profession.
