It always gagged me that the executives at Enron only paid 401(k)s in company stock, and then did a classic pump-and-dump; they not only cost their erstwhile employees their livelihoods, but totally drained their savings, too. I’m a pretty contained guy, but that behavior was just as crooked and ruthless as Dillinger, or Capone.
