I have a trade deficit with the grocer, but the liquor store pays me. We need to charge them more for what we do, which is apparently security, entertainment, & mass produced food, or learn to live with less. Quit buying stuff you don’t have money for, your standard of living may go down, so will stress.
Okay, jrmerm. Does that mean that any drawing critical of anybody is an attack on some group they belong to? let’s see … A critical picture of me would mean that the artist has some sort of animosity toward men, honkeys, musicians, Human Service Workers, Episcopalians, 43-year-olds … Perhaps a drawing critical of anybody is just misanthropic. Why just pictures? Is prose critical of Obama racist? Is a negative restaurant review of a pizza joint anti-Italian? I hope all this is getting through.
@ jrmerm but people get to be suspicious of motives because no one can name a fiscally conservative Republican or anyone critical of failed policies circa 1-20-2001- to 1-19-2007.
The tea party didn’t protest GWB’s record deficits and “Obama’s are worse” is not a defense for that fact.
Is the Tea Party a movement because Democrats took power or because a black man did? I think Democrats, but the racist signs populating the early Tea Party rallies set the tone.

Or perhaps you were being sarcastic. If so., I humbly apologize, and wish you nothing but hugs and ice cream!

“Drawing Obama as a hobo is probably racist. Not being a liberal, I’m no expert at playing the race card, so I’ll leave it to the experts to decide.”
Yet you were the first person to bring it up.Mythreesons over 13 years ago

Racist? Did you ever see Gerald Scarfe’s take on Idi Amin. He’s practically all lips and cannibalized bones, ha!
Josephus79 over 13 years ago
And frankly, Mr. Rall’s take is accurate. Obama’s a bum.
