For the record, the correct spelling is sherbet.

Herbet’s sherbet?

Little know fact: The way sherbet got it’s name was when asked if she would like some ice cream or some of this weird, icy slush, artificially flavored concoction, my great-great grandmother, as a kid, replied “Sure, but ….”.

Mop for the melted sherbet OR the liquid mess the real estate agents make as they run screaming…….

Well the way the pronounce words up here in New England it IS “Shebet”
