Once I ate the chili at Chili’s. I thought I was having a heart attack.
There is a habanero sauce I use called “Bubba’s Butt Blaster”. One or two drops heats up an entire pot of chili. Of course, as the name suggests, it may have some other side effects, too.
I make 1 gallon of salsa with 7 large jalapenos and 10 large habeneros. I can’t understand why nobody else will eat it.
If the chili doesn’t cook itself why did you bother?
