The first in May is a public holiday in UK – so we will be starting our week on Tuesday this week.

I used to have a flex schedule with every other Monday off; it only delayed Monday until Tuesday.

At my old company they start early Sunday morning and end the week late on Saturday. Monday through Friday is also included.

Get a Federal job. They have several Holidays moved to Mondays so they can start on Tuesday. (Cult of Convenience – #2 on my sources of decadence list)

Technically, the week starts on Sunday.

The problem with Monday holidays is that Tuesday then becomes Revenge of the Monday.

I have a button that reads OVIM. OY VEY IT’S MONDAY!

Well, after President’s Day, ML King day, Memorial Day, etc etc it’s Tuesday.

I had a work schedule that gave me Mondays off. Didn’t work because my “Mondays” were Tuesdays and my “Fridays” were Saturdays.
