The Comic Strip That Has A Finale Every Day by John "Scully" Scully for December 22, 2015

stev0 claims that this strip has days when it just isn’t as good as it has been on other days. I guess that’s certainly possible… “Scully” is just as human as anyone here. But in my humble opinion, I’m rather amazed overall at the high consistent quality he has been able to maintain. His worst strips are always entertaining at the very least, if not as witty as his best. Even the occasional bloopers tend to be fun just because we really don’t expect them. Maybe I’m just too biased to be properly objective, but I believe few folks have set a standard so well as “Scully”, and his ability to hit that mark so often is breathtaking.

What I’m most impressed by is how Scully’s managed to keep up with the times, and keep the jokes relevant to today’s youth.

I’m glad that he hasn’t resorted to topical and dated political humor in this election season. Actually, political humor is timeless. Most are tone deaf sociopathic idiots.
