Fun fact: Ernestine’s hair isn’t actually hair. It’s just a bunch of cotton balls spray-painted yellow. It was easier this way, because Scully completely failed drawing hair at art school.
Osgood’s hair is just a few fudgsicle sticks with a little ice cream still on them. They stick easier that way, so he doesn’t have to spend too long in makeup every day.
