Oh that is funny. I think the fourth one is Andre Derain. He was known for his excessively vivid and sometimes mismatched colors.

The second from the left looks like a Picasso, so he must be Pablo.

Turtles I’d like to see: Rivera. Liechtenstein. O’Keefe. Grandma Moses.

I guess it’s no surprise that the Ninja Turtles were all named after famous artists, and it wouldn’t hurt for them to include a few new members of their team every once in a while. ;)
