Someone really needs to show him the Monty Python “Cheese Shop” skit. Because of the 40+ cheeses mentioned, only one is made up.

There is also pizza cheese and cheeseburger cheese. So you know 4 kinds already.

I’ve been on a pepper jack kick, Tillamook’s jalapeno jack is a bit much. You can’t taste the cheese part.

There’s always something new to discover!

This got me curious. What kind of cheese is “Macaroni and”? I guessed Cheddar, and that is the most common. Others often used are Parmesan, Gruyere, Brie, Smoked Gouda, Monterey Jack, and Fontina…

Try some Casu martzu, Eddie.

Take him to the store and show him all the cheeses in the dairy department, that should blow his mine.
