Sounds like you have been watching FOX News. While they don’t have a monopoly on arguing, to me they seem to be the worst. I like debate. I detest an argument. If I were the moderator I would permanently cut them off the first time they interrupt. But I guess my show wouldn’t be popular.
Yeah, I meant FOX News Channel. I realize that those are magazines, but there is still no need for that kind of “entertainment” on a program that purports to be informational. If people want conflict they can go watch Jerry Springer. Fox do themselves a disservice by pandering to that kind of person.
