How about ridiculous illusions of entitlement…..me first, all you others suck…that from a fourteen year oldI tried getting him pulverized on the High School football team, but he was too scared. HAH
My 7-year-old informed me that he was going to do what he wanted to do, and if I tried to stop him he would make the whole family suffer for it. And he spent the next 10 years doing just that, finally when turning 18 running off to his grandmother in another state to avoid an arrest warrant for purchasing and sawing the barrels off shotguns for himself and an under-aged friend to use at school (long before Columbine). He knew better than to try it at home, so it was done at the friend’s house. The friend’s mother caught them at it anyway. My other kids were fine – not perfect, but certainly acceptable. Living with a sociopathic kid is no picnic.
