Considering that five of the last seven US presidents have been left-handed (okay, Reagan and Ford were ambidextrous but favored their left hands; Carter and the Shrub are righties), I’d say yeah, Keef might be onto something.

I write and eat lefty (“fine” motions) while throw and bat righty (“strong” motions). Oddly, I mouse righty, and luckily for my health scissor and chainsaw righty.
But never forget the tyranny of the 3-ring notebook, and the righty chair-desk! And ball-point pens— as pointed out, five of the last seven US presidents have been smearing their signatures on each bill they sign!
