It’s almost always* nice when a dog signals his or her need to head out to answer nature’s call. My dog’s not as smart as Bumper - she only stares. Then again, her preferred toileting target is grass, so maybe I’m too stupid to recognize her drawings of grass. Plus I never eat mashed potatoes, so I may not be giving her access to her preferred media.
