I took My Boys trick or treating one year and I went as Frankenstein so I could walk with them. ( We thought of Safety even then.) I am 6ft.1in. but for effect I took my Combat Boots and screwed 2 layers of 3/4" plywood soles,1 layer on heals then painted them flat black.( Added about 2 1/4" to My height.)Awkward to walk but I guess it looked more real. Wore an old way too small black suit which I Tattered up from the Thrift Store. Greased up My short hair. Stuck 2 small silver perfume bottle caps on my neck for charging bolts.Then used various shades of grey/green/white/black make up paint on all exposed skin,face/hands/wrists/ankles. Chewed black licorice to stain My teeth. It got warm and kinda uncomfortable but was Well Worth it for My Boys. We got a Lot of Looks and Comments,Oldest was a Soldier,Youngest a Hillbilly. What We will do for our Children. :-)
