I preferred the BBC Radio show where a celebrity guest was brought on to discuss the songs they never wanted to hear again. They’d discuss the song, play it, then the guest would get to break the record.
One episode had a former BBC Radio DJ, among her least favorites were “Teddy Bear Picnic” (because it was played every single morning as a sound check) and “You’re Having My Baby” because while the song was popular, every expectant dad in Britain would request it, so she had to play it for weeks straight, even though she hated the message.
