It’s never gonna happen to me!
I feel their pain. I’m 75, have arthritis in all my joints and degenerative disc disease. I have two artificial knees. Now my hips are complaining. Have a pain free day my friends.
You know you’re getting old when you wake up sore and think back to yesterday and you literally did nothing.
Same thing I thought, now 50 years later and my body is telling me, “I tried to warn you”.
Old is when you hurt yourself by sleeping wrong.
