    Socks disappear in the dryer, and wire coat hangers in the closet multiply – hmm…clearly, a trans-dimensional transmogrifying space-time wormhole is in play here.

    I count my socks as they go into the wash, and when they come out of the dryer and somehow the number is always the same. I suspect many of the “lost” socks people talk about never made it to the washer.

    MisngNOLA, no you are right. They disappear to the Never Never Land located under the bed, behind the dresser, the local YMCA, etc. etc. :-D
