    Noble and community spirited. But I watched two brothers destroy their business by doing the exact same thing. They could have had ONE of them run off to fight fires etc. but they both went and left their customers in the lurch too many times.

    Thank you for remembering all the bravest firemen of NYC on September 11, 2001. When people are running away from the flames, they are running into them……think about that….God Bless America, we will never forget…..

    Sorry there TC, but the firemen running into the collapsing building was bravery. I remember watching a truckdriver on TV being pulled out of his truck and hit with a brick while it was determined that it was too unsafe for LEOs to go out into the riot. As far as I am concerned a hero LEO would have disobeyed orders and gone out to save him and others, not cower in their police stations.
