Hug a dog- it increases your oxytocin levels in your blood, creating a bond. It also decreases your chance of having a heart attack. How can you go wrong? It just makes both of you feel so good!

@runner… guess I’m lucky my dogs don’t lick. Do you know big dogs ? When my kitty purrrrrrrrrrrs I love it. He was an outdoor cat I adopted. He also came running when he heard my car and would meet me at the door but pound for pound when your dog greets you at the door it is pure joy. I think cats love themselves first and then maybe people. I am glad you have a super kitty. Mine died and I still miss him everyday he was fabulous.cheers,

@runar… opps ! misspelled your name… we also had a rabbit that would run to greet us ! the snake was happy in his habitat but my daughters rat was fabulous. he was very sweet. We had many pets as the kidos grew up and loved them all.cheers,

It’s great to come home to your dog, cat, parakeet, hamsters, or even fish and sea monkeys!
