    Or…they make the part of the web site where what you need to access/change is only accessible by manually typing in the entire url. No links to it on the main or subordinate sites. They always get a laugh out of that one. Complaints are handled by their overseas, non-native English speaking contractors in poorly connected call centers who are paid by the call so they speak so fast you can’t make out most of the gibberish they are throwing at you. All of this to encourage you to shut up and keep sending us your money.
