Genetic sensitivity to the bitterness in certain vegetables is a real thing, and I feel sad for those people. However, most don’t really have that excuse, and it’s even sadder that so many have not learned to appreciate the rainbow of flavors available to them.

Your comments remind me of a scene in “Catch-22”. If you’ve read it, you’ll recall “Chocolate Covered Cotton”. Funniest line in the book.
