In your 60s it’s your back and your bladder.
I’m in my 60s. It’s dogs here. 4:30 or so, as soon as there’s a little daylight, they want to go out. I try to go back to sleep, but sometimes it’s a losing battle.
Fortunately, I hate all of those so apparently I will sleep well in my twenty-ies and thirty-ies.
