I so relate to Wallace here; when I was vacationing for a few weeks with a family and its large brood (mostly kids), I asked the father if we could use a bunch of large wood planks for our clubhouse. When he asked me what was that for, I hesitated for a moment and replied: “To help the world’s poor.”
