I have “dealings” with Bank of America, Chase and especially Wells Fargo, and I have yet to sort out what fees they may try to charge or what the story is on the new laws.
To everyone who writes of banks: :D My exceedingly dim mother had enough wits to remove her monies from BoA before it all ran out on fees. $20 monthly maintainance fee. Even on an account of ‘mine’ that was down to $21 because of said fees. Hoo boy!
All of you talking of banks and finances are totally missing the point of the cartoon. It’s not about money, it’s about the use of the % symbols and dollar signs as euphemisms for swearing on the golf course.

Oh. I thought you were thinking of those pillars of ethical behavior: Chase or Wells Fargo.
Sorry, I don’t know what came over me.

Several major Chinese banks have branches here in San Francisco. I wonder if they’re as corrupt as the home-grown ones…
