    The healthy eating version:

    Read the grocery ads…. go to three stores, and buy a free range chicken.

    Get fresh green beans, zucchini, artichokes, eggplant, asparagus, bell peppers and mushrooms.

    Plus, sweet potatoes, quinoa, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice.

    A pineapple, a cantaloupe, some strawberries and blueberries.

    Put everything away.

     

    Now it’s too late to cook.

    Have stale Pringles and out-of-date string cheese for dinner.
