I did have a cat ( through my error of not repairing something) manage to get in the crawl space above the ceiling. She was wandering around crying. Eventually, I had to pull a light out of the cieling, and then pull her out through the hole where the light was.
Thank you! My cat climbed to the top of my mature redwood tree and was “trapped” there for eight days. The teenager next door climbed up after him but the cat kept going up until the branches wouldn’t support the kid’s weight. So another couple days of a crying, stuck cat. Then I hired a professional tree guy to get him down. As he reached for the cat, the cat suddenly realized that that he could, in fact, get himself down from the tree. What a surprise! The tree pro called me at work with the news and was worried that he didn’t catch the cat. No worries, I told him. The cat was waiting at the back door when I got home.
I had named this cat Bucky Katt. This was probably not the best idea.
