Less than two years ago, a partial retinal detachment occurred. I had laser, followed by gas bubble when it failed, then silicon oil after that only lasted a little longer, with touchup laser between each. Bet if my job used a retinal scan to access areas, my key is now void.

That is why you need your driver license photo to be taken out of focus. When you get pulled over for DUI and they request your license.
