Ha. I’m a natural sloucher too. To me “good posture” just means unnecessary self-infliction of pain. Same with “lumbar support” or “ergonomic” anything. All lies I’m convinced were fabricated by prim-and-proper old ladies like my elementary school principal who was the first to preach the so-called “virtue” of “good posture.”
Mom’s nagging about it should be permanently engrained in every child’s head. It really does make a difference in both your own body and how you are perceived by others.
