Sheesh! they’re teaching Algebra in elementary school now? Was in the 9th grade when I took it in the early ’50s.
It gets worse because statistics comes later. No matter, stat is more useful
When I was helping my great-granddaughter while she was being remote-schooled during Covid, she was being taught algebra and coding in Grade 3 as part of her math curriculum.
Algebra is more about thinking, logic, and problem solving than arithmetic and numbers.
It clearly says “Intro to Algebra”. Basically you get introduced to X and Y. No one sees Z until junior high. :)
