A word of warning: We had a parakeet once and fed it some already-popped popcorn. A little bit later it was dead. Our vet told us that it was killed by the popcorn swelling in its tiny stomach. So, everyone, if you have a pet bird of any kind, be on the safe side and don’t ever feed it popcorn! :)
