I can’t speak for you Ziggy i can only speak for myself. I’d go find a dinner and get some eggs,bacon or sausage and maybe some hash browns with some cheese and onions on the side.
I had smoked eggplant at a place in Ukraine. It was fabulous! I’ve tried to figure out how they did it and so far have not been able to replicate the taste or texture. No, it wasn’t Baba Ganoush, this was left more like “steak” but was so soft and tender….
