Where did that idea come from?

Guy in my engineering class worked one summer at GE. He did an analysis that showed the suggestion program cost more than it saved. Got a cash award but they continued the program. Strange, but it was GE afterall.

Why bother asking for suggestions if you aren’t going to at least look at them?
