Adam: Okay, Laura. Today's the day we winterize the house. Laura: We should have done it a few weeks ago. Adam: Nonsense. Mid-November is when there's no looking back. Cruel, cruel father winter lurks just around the corner. You seal the windows with that insulating plastic. I'll go to the hardware store for supplies. Laura: Okay, but no more duct tape. Look at all of this...we've got too much. Adam: Nonsense. That's what they want you to believe. But you can never have enough! Never!! Have you forgotten "The great duct tape shortage of '02"? People had no way to tape up their ducts...it was a nightmare. Laura: Can I have a piece, please? *RIP* Laura: And this year's winterization is off to a great start!
Red Green reruns may be some of the few things worth watching on TV!!! I never laugh so hard as when watching Uncle Red and Harold – especially when Edgar Ka Boom Montrose is on! My husband and I met some Canadians while vacationing in Honduras once who were embarrassed that we knew of the show, even more so that we LOVED it so. Still crack up every time I hear The Man’s Prayer, “I am a man. But I can change. If I have to. I guess.”
