Since when does “parenting” have ANYTHING to do with “voting”?

^I let me kids vote. Vote Line A for taking out the garbage. Vote Line B for doing the dishes.

and line c for making your bed before coming down to the kitchen for breakfast

I don’t ask for discussions before the chores. After you finish the chores you may let me know what you don’t agree with.

On paper………in triplicate…..signed by two other adults. My kids will be grown up and out of the house when that happens!

They forgot DCF with the complaint of inflicted psychological distress, and indentured servitude.

The DCF stuff came after my time to use it, but It wouldn’t have worked in our house anyway. It would make them laugh hysterically, but nothing more.

The cartoon is signed by Harrell, so it has be in the last year and a half.

All the strips this week have had the date printed in a type font, while everything prior to that had the dates written by hand. So it’s highly unlikely that this originally appeared on 4-2 of ANY year; they’ve simply changed the date indicator.

And whoever it was that rejoiced earlier that Adam’s nose appears to have been washed, brace yourself for some bad news: When new strips start appearing again, his nose smudges will probably return. I don’t remember when Harrell started shading the shnozz, but it wasn’t right off the bat. :-)
