    Try Nasalcrom. It’s a mast cell stabilizer. Better yet, stop eating wheat and soy and other crap that gets taxpayer subsidies. They stress the immune system.

    Wheat especially was tinkered with during WWII and in the 60’s and the result is more gluten content and greater allergenic response in those susceptible.

    Its not the cherry blossoms that get me. Its all the other trees ‘blossoming’ with pollen to spread wide and far. I love the smell of fresh cut grass. … but the couple of years….. a walk through fresh cut grass clogs the sinuses.
