Clayton: You're on a diet again? Adam: Kind of. I'm just trying to not eat between meals. Or at night. I haven't had anything since dinner. It's hard, but I'm white-knuckling it. Clayton: We ate dinner twelve minutes ago. Adam: Seriously?!? It feels like fourteen!
There are so many controversies over dieting, there isn’t time to discuss all the possibilities here.
However, I have heard if you split each meal in half, and eat six times a day versus three, even if you eat the same total number of calories during the day, you can lose weight!
Haven’t tested the concept myself, but I am thinking of giving it a try. Nothing to lose, except for a little weight…
