Never trust a skinny chef!
I LOVE cooking, and the first time I try a new recipe, I follow the directions to the letter. After that, I’m constantly improving it and make it my own.

There is a problem of the passing on “Family Secrets”. If the Holder of the Secret doesn’t “pass it on” for whatever reason, then it is lost. Perhaps thinking a few steps ahead would prevent the loss of such secrets.
