That is a form of hoarding, but some have parlayed them into curious things people do as long as they keep it neat in order and clean.

It is hard but I am re-reading my library and giving the books to Savers. Also my records and tapes. I’ve digitized many of them and can put it on a flashdrive. I want the house orderly before I die. Part of my bucket list.

I had the entire Star Trek: The Next Generation on VHS! When I got them on BluRay, the tapes went in the trash!
