Adam: Doctor Smith wants me to cut back on coffee. Like, way back. To one or two cups in the morning. That's a twelfth of my daily intake! I'm freaking out!
Laura: Oh, this could get bad.
Adam: Don't I know. I bought some restraints.
If one needs to cut down on the caffeine, best to do it by weaning one’s self off. Take longer to drink each cup, learn to drink water or something else instead. Cut down in increments, slowly. If not, you’ll have a massive headache, and who knows other withdrawal symptoms?
