Don’t buy it. Two months of solid play will burn out all of the red dots on your screen.

You’re really not doing Clayton any big favors, Adam. Nor yourself.

But no, it won’t desensitize people to violence.

I suspect there are some interesting nightmares on the horizon. Still, I suppose not everyone gets to go hunting or fishing. Steak does not grow on trees.

Don’t buy the “Super-Gore Edition”. All it does is change your avatar to that of a former Veep.

Imagine being so hard up that you have to make a living drawing comics that glorify murder!

I predict they might get to play it once before Laura finds out and lets them really have it.

Kids can really discriminate between real violence and game violence. After all, I grew up watching Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons.

Last week I made the comment that Adam should have Clayton watch the Three Stooges… now I’m kind of thinking that show maybe too tame and even lame for their tastes in violence.

I really think that kids can pick up on the nuances that surround cartoon violence. If you listen closely, most kids tend to laugh uproarishly at the most violent episodes….not clench their fists and mouth harsh words at the supposed villains. Poor Bugs Bunny etc…..was always the hero to the kiddies…and…the kids never mouthed one word of hate at the coyote who tried to devour him time and again. Kids pick up on what the adults say and tend to mirror their emotions rather than those of the caroon characters. If the parent laughs…the kids laugh…imo.
